power&legitimacy

I think it is one of the most important issues in policy (the right to command others throw political philosophy) ,so mostly it should be,or very few actions well be taken

In Muslims world the wining KHALIFA use to have a prepared FATWA form EMAM, legitimate hes power and flowing wishes. Democracy had started a new era of legitimacy but it is still about, also related to power ,the hall operation well be useless if not to .

I think there is no much different,i believe society got complicated also people and systems,but yet the wining power had breaked the God Immprar and the great rise party
for interior politics it Should be a good example if i take :
the clash between Hezpalah, Lebanese free patriotic..etc the ((radical)) , Syria & Iran from behind
//against//
the government ((liberal)) democratic western country from behind.

any of them if win and mentin the power will create legitimacy.
Not ignoring the main power inflowing around
but if we should point at Saddam's falling regem who missed legitimacy,we should not only remember golf countrys((the radical non legitimacy )) ,but also Chilly and Nicaragua three and tow decade ago

i think power can create legitimacy but legitimacy cant create power .
Ofcourse it never absolute but certainly it is the mostly.

Newness

Newness is one of the most of what i can agree on.
Man loves hes child more then hes parents because he is the future.
i went to Juan Miro Foundation in BCN ,there are a lot of paint and artworks ...but a lot wating to be tell
Ordinary person see the bridge in front of him ,but art person see what is behind ,see the hall street ,
but  don't he need to explain what he really want to show us....or what he rally sow or think  ?
Cant they write about it ,about what made that pace of art exist ?

HIEROGLYPHIC

To be honest there is a lot of words that i find it old and need to reconsider .
truth ..justest ..freedom ..which i think they point to ambiguous .

But on the other hand there are sentence that i do understand :

answering what do we mean by freedom?
The answer of I.Berlin that freedom could be understood in two senses ''positive o negative'' !! is some thing very -backward-then1958..

yet it is not an easy task .
Cause we do ask for fast magical and easy solutions..and while since had been written saved also rewritten ,our mind still a little bet far from 2000 years ago .

yes we did lose a lot of our freedom to get into society ..
i believe the proses for more social progress is not about getting more ''freedom'' although we have to work on how to get our brain scientifically developed .

Well 2000 years ago Plato was able to study philosophy and math also astrology ...etc .
now to be a lawyer u have to choose which filled u want to join ..social , accounting ,economic ..etc.

جارتنا السئ النئ part 1

جارتنا بالطابق الثالث من سورية وفففف ... كبيري كتير ما في اكبر من هيك .متجوزة واحد اكبر منها ب25 سنة بس اد ما صارلو زمان هو ببرشلونا عطوه الجنسية وهي كمان معها اقامة ولهذا السبب شايفة حالة كتير ..يعني كتير كتير . انا كنت مفكر ان جوزها غليظ وسخيف اكتر منها بس من كذا يوم وانا عم اسال حالي سؤال صعب ..
مين اغلظ من التاني هي او جوزها ؟
ـ ليك هدول السود اميركانو (الجنوب امريكين) ما بينطاقو الله يقص رأبهم كلياتون ..ليك بلا زوء وبلا ادب وعطول سكرانين وماعم بيخلونا ننام ضجة ضجة على طول .مئرفين وموسخين وعلى طول بوسخو الدرج ..ليك صرنا داهنين الحيطان شي مرتين من وات ما اجو على البناية ..بنايتنا ما كانت هيك
ـ طيب ما انتو عايشين بنظام وعم تدفعو ضرايب للدولة مشان تحميكون ..ليش ما بتحكو مع الشرطة بس يصير في ازعاج ؟ما انتو عايشين بي اوربا مش ب المشبكة . كان هيدا اول سؤال وآخر سؤال .
ـ شو ..شرطة ليش الشرطة فيها تحكي معهن الله يعمي عيونون عمي .ما بينفع معهن شي هدول متل الصراصير .
كمان جارتنا ما بتغير شقتها الي عايشين فيها. اكتشفت بعدين باجتهادي الشخصي ان هدول جماعتنا السوريين بالذات ما في بناية بتساعهون !!

العد صعب بس الوصف اسهل
جارتنا عندها بنت عمرها 5 سنين ..الله يحفظها في عندها ampil fire بي بوزا بيشتغل على كهربا 220 و110 وما في transtor لانه ما بيفقع من لما بتفيق لحتا تنام وهي بضلها اخدة طبقة صوت حادة بتذكرني ب maria cailles بس الفرق انه الاخير بتسكت من وقت لوقت هي وعم بتغني اما بنت الجارة فيمكن بتاكل بلا متسد بوزا ولا تكة يعني !!
يمكن بتنام بعض الضهر يعني من حوالي الساعة 2 ل 5 لانه ما منسمع جعيرها بالهوقت ..بس يا ريت منسمعه ..ولان بالحياة ما في شي ببلاش ..ولانه السوبرانو بتنام الضهر فلذلك بتسهر بالليل .
طيب ولــــــــــــــــــــــوووه انا ما بنام بس انتو ما بتناموا ؟؟؟
من الساعة 12 او 11 بالليل نحنا كل يوم عنا موعد مع سباق الضاحية في الطابق الثالث لانه البنت الله يحفظها من كل شر ..بضل تدبك على راسنا كل الليل ,نحنا طبعا متفقين انه العلم في الصغر كالنقش في الحجر ..بس منشان كل شي في بهالكون بينحب انوه معقول ...انه بتصير يعملو ماراتون الساعة 12 بالليل ؟هيدي لسا ما صارت وما بظن بتصير ...قريبا !!
يعني الواحد اذا بدو يحكي بالعاطفة وبالغربة :
هدول السود اميركانوا المو عاجبين ..جارتنا ..نصون قديسين ونصون الباقي ملايكة وما في احتمال تالت لانه لو ما كانو هيك كانت المشانق منصوبة من كذا شهر على ابواب بنايتنا بالذات !
صرت بفزع بس شي بدي اطلع من البيت لانه جارتنا وجوزا بيحبوا يحكو معي كتير ما بيحبو الحكي عا الناس او شي او كتر الحكي الي بلا طعمه اكيد لا..
بس انا عندي مدرسة وقتي بالغالب مو ملكي,وكمان ما بقدر ضل احكي عالواقف عالقليلي انو الواحد يقعد ويحكي ماكمان الواحد بيتعب ..صحي الطفلة البريئة ما بتتعب من الجري ومن الصريخ ...بس يا اخي الناس مو متل بعض ..ابدا يعني حتى صابيع الواحد مش متل بعض !
جارتنا من سوريا متلي ..وبتحكي سوري كمان بس اكيد تولدا ب الاسكا او غيرن لاند لانها سبور كتير وما بتصبغ شعرها الا اشقر لانو احلى. وهي ما بيعجبها الناس الرجعيين مع انو سمارا وسواد عيونها كاشف اللعب بي شعرها .بس مين الي قال ان الحقيقة بتعجب الناس الاكابر ؟..ما حدى ازا ناطرين الجواب .
ولانها كلاس فهي بترسم ..اي نعم مع انه مش دارسة غير لصف السابع ..بس الموهبة مستحيل تتخبى ,
ـ الفن هو كل حياتي يعني هو مع بنتي بمرتبة وحدة ..

ـ الفن التشكيلي .....انا رسامة (( مشى الله )) صرلي برسم فترة من شي 4 شهور ومن وقتها صرت عم بستغرب كيف كنت عيشي من قبل ما بلش ارسم (( نفس الشعور ))

ـ لانه الواحد حتى يعيش هيك عيشة ومع هيك جوز وبنت لازم يجن والا مستحيل يكفي حياته .طبعا بألبي ,مين الانتحاري اللي بيقدر يقلها هالكلام وجها لوجه ؟ مش انا.. انا لاستني صغير واحب الحياة.

English is not my ferst language but I have few friends that wanted me to start writ in English, and it is also kind of practice cause I have online course starting very soon..So I decide way not.

befor Yesterday I had a new flat mate he is from England he looks very weird and very tite. that is the ferst imprison that I could had..He said that he works in some thing do not exit in any dictionary and with all the help his hand could make or drown yet we can't understand what it is!
Then he says he is a qualified therapist massager!!
it is totally not necessary to have this qualification …at all ..U know the story of 5 died girl in England is still fresh and already make it harder to live with that man!!

people under our flat had ecupaidet it 5 month ago and there is a new low allow them to stay for 1 more month but this time the Catalane owner decided to pring it up and so we have this channel 8 team fillming every mint, I thought it was ruod to have them filming as like this, maybe we don’t want to..
But tonight after the serial londers man knocking on my door asking what thus cameras all about …I had a sweet light appear next to my head on the left said :
